3D Subfloor Structure Renders Creation

Create 3 separate subfloor structure renders, based on detailed build briefs

Each build showcases a different beam span: 105 x 50mm, 170 x 50mm, and 235 x 50mm

Use existing 3D models of Spanmor components (beams, joists, connectors, posts, brackets)

Renders must include:

Isometric view of each build with key structural measurements clearly labelled (e.g. beam lengths, joist spacing, post spacing, elevation)

Bird’s-eye view of each build (no measurements required in this view)

Ensure structural accuracy and proper placement of all elements

Apply correct finishes:
Monument powder coat for all external/perimeter brackets
Mill finish for internal decking connectors, post pier brackets, and U brackets

All decking and post base connectors to be shown secured with tek screws

suitable for brochure and web display.

A full written brief outlining all 3 builds in detail (component sizes, spacings, placements)

Reference images or renders of individual components previously modelled

Ongoing clarification and support throughout the job
