RV Storage Site Preliminary Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an undeveloped parcel in South Carolina that I would like to turn into an RV storage facility. Using Google Earth imagery as the base layer, I need a clear preliminary site design that shows three core elements: a practical parking layout sized for a mix of Class A, B, and C vehicles, internal roadways that allow safe two-way circulation, and well-defined access pathways tying everything back to the main entrance.
The drawing does not have to be construction-ready, but it must be accurate enough for an early discussion with planners and potential investors. I’m expecting:
• A scaled conceptual site plan overlaid on the latest Google Earth capture of the property.
• Graphic differentiation for parking stalls, circulation aisles, drive lanes, and any required setbacks or easements.
• A brief legend or key that labels stall dimensions, aisle widths, and turning radii.
• A PDF for quick sharing plus the source file (DWG, DXF, or similar) so adjustments can be made later.
If you have creative ideas for optional security features—fencing lines, gate placement, or camera coverage—feel free to indicate them lightly, but the priority right now is the parking arrangement and traffic flow.
Please let me know your preferred file format, estimated turnaround time, and any initial data you need from me beyond the Google Earth pin.
