Steel Sliding Heifer Gate Design

I am looking for an experienced engineer/designer to prepare a complete manufacturing and installation design for cattle partitions and gates for heifers weighing 200–500 kg in an existing barn building, based on the sketches, layouts and dimensions I provide. The project includes feed table barriers, a pen closing gate, pipe connections, and adaptation of the whole structure to the existing columns, walls and actual building conditions.

The scope of work includes reviewing and verifying the supplied drawings, checking whether the current structural concept is correct, and confirming that the pipes, gates and connections are properly designed in terms of functionality and strength for heifers of 200–500 kg. The design must also include height-adjustable pipes at the feed table. I need a full definition of all joints and connections that the factory must produce, including manufacturing details, connection methods, fastening systems, hinges, locks, telescopic elements, connections between sections, and fixing details to the building.

The design must be prepared both for factory production and for correct on-site installation in the barn, fully adapted to the existing building. The engineer must be ready to ensure that everything is fully matched already at the design stage, so there will be no fitting or installation problems later. I expect complete technical documentation: 2D production drawings, detail drawings, sections, full dimensions, bill of materials, and installation guidelines. Proven experience in designing and manufacturing cattle barriers/partitions, especially for dairy cattle and heifers, is required
