3D Steel Furniture Modeling

I need 3D models of basic steel furniture for my website. The furniture types include tables, shelves, and sinks. I have proper pictures and basic CAD drawings with measurements of all the objects I need;
these will be used on a shopping website please keep that in mind, I just need the GLB models textured on big surfaces from the pictures, the rest can be synthetic.

Requirements:
- Moderate detail with textures
- File formats: OBJ, GLB

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience with furniture design
- Strong texturing skills
