Stand-Up Pouch Luminary Design

Job ID: 40196323

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m creating a plastic stand-up pouch that functions as a soft-glow luminary, and I need precise, production-ready drawings to hand off to a flexible-pack converter. The overall look is calm and stable: straight vertical sides for most of the 140 mm height, then a gentle inward taper toward the 114 mm wide mouth. There’s no waist or outward flare, only smooth, continuous curves with rounded corners.

Key dimensions to lock in
• Body width: 155 mm
• Height: 140 mm
• Bottom gusset: 76 mm so the pouch stands securely
• Side seals: 5 mm Bottom seal: 10 mm

The pouch stays open—no zipper, press-to-close, or other closure hardware—because it will hold a small LED candle. Material must be plastic; I’m open to your recommendation on PE, PP, or PET for the best balance of light diffusion, heat resistance, and seal integrity.

Deliverables
• Clean dieline (vector or CAD) with all seals, radii, and taper angles clearly called out
• Simple 3D model or rendered visuals so I can review the silhouette from every side
• Short note on material choice and any manufacturing considerations

I’ll approve the work once the dieline meets the stated measurements within ±0.5 mm and the render shows the seamless curves I’m after. If you’ve designed flexible pouches or luminary products before, please include a quick example with your bid.
