Sport/speed dealer wrap around Sunglasses Concept Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a fresh, performance-oriented concept for sport-style sunglasses that will shine on both the slopes and the water. Think speed, wrap-around protection, and a frame that stays put under a helmet or when hit by spray.
Scope
• Translate my vision into clear sketches followed by polished 3D CAD files (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Integrate polarized lenses as a must-have; suggest complementary coatings that fight glare from snow and water.
• Shape the frame for aerodynamic flow, strategic ventilation to curb fogging.
• Recommend lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials and colorways that speak to an active lifestyle.
Process
1. Present two or three initial style routes so I can choose a direction.
2. Refine the chosen route through a round of feedback, then deliver the final CAD package with exploded views and part specs.
3. Provide a short bill of materials plus manufacturing notes so a prototyper can move straight to tooling.

• Familiarity with injection-molded plastics, rubber over-molding, and interchangeable lens systems.
