Specialist in SoWork to Build a Complete Third Floor on the SoWork Platform

This project aims to design and build a complete third-floor virtual office environment on the SoWork platform for an online educational institute. [page:1]

A) Classrooms (7 rooms)
Create 7 dedicated classrooms, each with:
- Capacity: 15–20 workspots (virtual seats).
- Layout: 1 teacher desk at the front, 14–19 student seats arranged in a semi-circle.
- Shared Screen Zone for presentations.
- Discussion Area for group conversations.
- Space for a virtual whiteboard.

Classroom names:

7. Cybersecurity

B) Teachers’ offices (21 offices)
Create 21 teacher offices, 3 offices for each specialization: Python, JavaScript, AI/ML, Web Development, Data Science, Game Development, Cybersecurity.
Each office should include:
- Area for 4–6 workspots.
- Main teacher desk.
- 3–4 consultation chairs for students.
- Video call area.
- Small display screen.
- File-sharing area.

C) Administrative area (4 rooms)
Design 4 administrative rooms:

1. Dean’s office:
- Large executive desk.
- Meeting area (6–8 seats).
- Large display screen.
- Distinctive décor reflecting seniority.

2. Registration office:
- 3–4 staff desks.
- Waiting area (4–6 seats).
- Screens to display schedules.

3. Technical support:
- 2–3 workstations.
- Area for solving technical issues.
- Support call area.

4. Control Room:
- Main monitoring station.
- Multiple screens showing classrooms.
- Dashboard for statistics.

D) Shared spaces (3 zones)
Create 3 shared community areas:

1. Digital library:
- 12–15 workspots.
- Quiet “Silent Zone” atmosphere.

2. Cafeteria:
- 10–12 workspots.
- Social, relaxed atmosphere.

- Colorful, playful décor.

3. Collaborative coding lab:
- 16–20 workspots.
- Active, collaborative atmosphere.
- Group workstations.
- 3–4 large display screens.
- Group call areas.
- Spaces for pair programming.

Design guidelines
Overall style and mood:
- Modern tech colors: blue, purple, mint green.
- Bright, clear lighting.
- Professional yet warm and welcoming.
- Motivational elements: quotes, awards, achievements.

Navigation and wayfinding:
- Clear entrances to all areas.
- Signage in Arabic and English.
- Wide corridors between zones.
- Main waypoints for orientation.

Technical requirements

1. Workspots & zones:
- Create all required workspots.
- Define Video Call Zones in every classroom and office.
- Configure proximity-based voice.
- Define Silent Zones in the library.

2. Furniture & décor (via MapMaker):
- Desks, chairs, tables.
- Display screens and whiteboards.
- Plants, décor, artwork.
- Bookshelves and tech equipment.
- Logical, visually comfortable layout.

3. Labels & signage:
- Clear naming for every area.
- Unique icons for each classroom/office.
- Numbers or names for identification.
- Welcome signs.

Deliverables

1. Fully built third floor:
- All areas implemented as described.
- Complete furniture and décor.
- All workspots and zones configured.
- Clear names and labels everywhere.

2. Documentation file:
- Floor map with all zones.
- List of all rooms with seat counts.
- Screenshots for every main area.
- Quick navigation guide.

3. Testing and readiness:
- Test movement between areas.
- Verify all Video Zones work properly.
- Confirm label clarity.
- Floor ready for immediate use.

Required freelancer skills
The freelancer must have:
- Proven experience in SoWork (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SoWork MapMaker.
- Strong design sense for virtual spaces.
- Understanding of virtual learning environments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication for discussing requirements.

Optional plus:
- Experience with Gather.town, Spatial, or Virbela.
- Knowledge of UX/UI for virtual environments.
