Sorting Device Prototype Development

I need assistance in developing a prototype for a consumer product focused on sorting assistance.

This project is just to create a first draft prototype to get a feel for whether the product idea has merit and approximately what it would take to get the prototype fully designed.

I have no idea how much time to estimate but I believe this first step would be something like 5-10 hours (I might be completely wrong). I need something like an STL file for an item that is essentially as follows:

- Semi-circle disk 30cm diameter 2mm thickness
- With walls around the outside of the disk 4mm higher than the plane of the disk and 2mm thick
- Also Including
- a delineation at about 2/3 - 3/4 from the center to the edge
- small ridges dividing the semi-circle into 6 equally spaced pie piece/wedge shaped sections
- At the center of the circle (the full circle of which the semi-circle is one-half) add a disk as follows:
- 30mm diameter 2mm thickness
- In the center of this "add-on" disk leave a hole with diameter 15mm

Additional design information will be available as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Interpret design specifications into 3D model of product (prototype planned as 3D print, so something like an STL file)
- Complete basics of first level design as best as this micro project will allow
- Maintain communication with project manager to ensure proper interpretation of design elements

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience creating 3D product models
- Ability to interpret design specifications and ask clarifying questions as necessary
- Ability to stay within project parameters
