SolidWorks Steel Sheet Metal Design

I’m preparing a steel component that must be modelled with the Sheet Metal tools inside SolidWorks and need a clean, production-ready part file. The work is limited to part design, but I would also like a very light assembly layout—just enough to show how the part indexes with surrounding hardware; no full BOM or extensive annotations are required.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• SolidWorks sheet-metal part (.sldprt) built parametrically in mild-steel gauge, with correct bend parameters, reliefs, and K-factor
• Flat-pattern export (.dxf or .dwg) ready for laser or turret programming
• A basic assembly layout file or exploded view that illustrates fit; think of it as a visual reference rather than a detailed assembly drawing
• Optional: STEP/IGES for quick sharing and a PDF snapshot of the flat pattern if you already generate those during your workflow
Please keep features editable where possible so I can tweak dimensions later. Native models should open in SolidWorks 2018 or newer. Let me know your typical lead time and whether you need any additional specs beyond overall size and gauge.
