3D SolidWorks Robotic Hand Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete SolidWorks model of a robotic hand that I can send straight to the 3-D printer. The design should echo human proportions but keep a clear, mechanical feel—think “somewhat human” rather than an exact anatomical replica. Each finger only needs a basic open-and-close motion driven by simple pin joints or hinges, so there’s no requirement for individual articulation or complex rotation.
I will be printing the parts myself, so the files must be ready for additive manufacturing: clean, watertight geometry, sensible wall thicknesses for FDM, and tolerances that let pins, screws, or dowels drop in with minimal post-processing. Please build everything as a fully parametric assembly in SolidWorks (latest or 2023 format is fine) and include a quick motion study that shows the fingers cycling from open to closed.
Deliverables
• SolidWorks assembly and all part files
• STL exports for each print component, pre-oriented for support-light printing
• An exploded view or short PDF explaining how the joints, palm shell, and finger segments fit together
• Simple BoM listing any off-the-shelf fasteners or elastic elements used for actuation
