SolidWorks Reactor Vessel Design

Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

I need a complete SolidWorks design package for a stainless-steel reaction vessel that will operate under pressure and must meet ASME requirements.

Scope
• Model the full vessel assembly—including shell, heads, nozzles, baffles, supports, and manways—in native SolidWorks so I can edit it later.
• Run basic stress and thickness calculations inside SolidWorks (or with an add-in) to verify ASME compliance before finalizing the geometry.
• Produce fabrication-ready 2D drawings with dimensions, weld symbols, and tolerances clearly called out.
• Provide a bill of materials listing every component, grade, and quantity.
• Deliver STEP/IGES exports alongside the SolidWorks part and assembly files.

What I will supply
• Overall volume, operating pressure/temperature, and any nozzle schedule once we start.
• Reference sketches showing nozzle orientation and support style.

What I expect
• A first draft model for review so I can mark up any changes.
• Final package delivered in an organized folder structure, ready for shop use.
• Short hand-off call or written summary explaining key design choices and ASME clauses followed.
