SolidWorks Gearbox Assembly Modeling

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a fully detailed 3D model of an entire Gearbox Housing Assembly Machine built in SolidWorks. Every single component—gearbox housing, mounting features, support frames, and the smaller mechanical pieces—must receive equal attention so the final assembly drops together without rebuild errors or mate conflicts. Dimensional accuracy should be good enough for manufacturing reviews and engineering presentations.

The scope includes:
• Native SolidWorks part files (.SLDPRT) for each element
• A clean, fully-constrained master assembly (.SLDASM)
• 2D drawings only for the truly critical parts; the rest can remain model-based

I will supply reference images and any legacy data I have as soon as the project starts. Please follow professional modeling standards, apply meaningful feature names, and organise the tree logically so another engineer can step in without confusion. Where tolerances matter, call them out directly in the sketch or feature notes.

Acceptance criteria:
1. No suppressed or dangling mates, rebuild errors, or missing references
2. File set opens in SolidWorks 2021+ with no version issues
3. Critical-part drawings include views, dimensions, and callouts ready for shop release

Once everything checks out I’ll sign off immediately and release the final milestone.
