SolidWorks Design Optimization Needed

The current product is already modelled in SolidWorks, but several shortcomings have surfaced during prototyping. I need a fresh set of expert eyes to pinpoint what’s going wrong, recommend a better approach, and then implement the fix directly in the CAD files.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
1. Review my native SolidWorks files, notes, and photos of the problem areas.
2. Explain—briefly and in plain language—why the existing geometry fails or under-performs.
3. Suggest an improved concept that addresses those findings.
4. Apply the approved solution in SolidWorks, updating parts, assemblies, and any affected drawings.
Deliverables
• Updated .SLDPRT / .SLDASM files reflecting the approved changes
• Also STEP and STL files for easy 3D print
• A short change log outlining what was modified and why
