Smooth & Resize 3D Product Model

1. Smooth all the bumps on the model on each part
2. Make it water tight so 3d printer won't give bad result
3. Each part must connect to as shown in the image and it should be easily open and close like any method first explain what can we do to do this.
4. And if possible resize the model so that open face of the eye matches with the size of 1.3 inch oled screen size which hight is 15mm width is 30mm and inside main model size should be more then hight 80mm.
