Small Parking & Courtyard Site Prep

I have a compact plot—under 500 sq ft—that I want converted into a combined parking space and courtyard. The ground still needs clearing and leveling, followed by precise excavation and earth-moving to reach the design grade. After that I’ll require basic concrete work to pour a durable slab and perimeter edging.

Before anyone brings machinery on-site, I’d like a quick 3-D layout so we can verify final levels, drainage slope and the exact footprint of the slab; a simple SketchUp or similar model is fine as long as the dimensions are accurate.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Clear, level and grade the site to plan
• Excavate and dispose of spoil responsibly
• Provide a 3-D concept showing finished grades, slab thickness and drainage fall
• Supply and place concrete to the specified depth, finished smooth and ready for sealing

The area is small, so efficiency is key; please outline your proposed timeline, equipment you’ll bring and any preparatory work you expect from my side (permits, access, utility locates). I’m ready to move as soon as we lock the method and schedule.
