Sleek Large Concert Stage Design

I’m producing a large-scale concert for an audience well above the 2,000 mark and need a complete stage design that projects a professional, high-end feel. The brief covers everything from the initial creative concept right through to files my production team can hand straight to riggers, lighting, and AV.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A polished concept that balances clean architectural lines with practical sight-lines for a big room.
• 3D visualisations and a short walk-through video so stakeholders can sign off quickly.
• Scalable CAD drawings with precise truss positions, lighting plots, LED wall specs and riser dimensions.
• A concise gear list specifying fixtures, screen tiles, staging pieces, and any scenic elements you recommend.
• A hand-off pack (PDF + source files) my technical director can forward to vendors without extra re-work.

Tools such as Vectorworks Spotlight, Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar are fine as long as exported formats remain editable. I’m on a tight production calendar, so include an estimated timeline for concept, revisions, and final delivery in your proposal.
