Sleek Cafe Interior 3D Render

I need a photorealistic interior render for our upcoming café franchise pack that captures a clean, modern and sleek atmosphere. The image set will serve as the visual benchmark for future franchisees, so every detail must line up with our brand standards. Images of current cafe can be provided however additional styling will need to be added.

The render has to showcase the areas that matter most to prospects: generous seating arrangements, an inviting counter area, statement lighting and décor, plus clear views toward the kitchen, guest bathrooms and the café’s front façade. These zones should feel cohesive, contemporary and easily repeatable across multiple locations.

Lighting should be warm but crisp—Its in Spain although think polished concrete, subtle metallics and timber accents—while all signage, furniture and colour palettes must follow the guideline document I will supply once we start.

You may work in 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp, or a comparable pipeline; I only care that the final output looks truly photoreal and that I receive both high-resolution stills and the editable source file.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• At least three hero angles that cover the main floor, counter and external frontage, plus a top-down layout view.
• 4K resolution or higher, ready for print and slide decks.
• All branded elements positioned exactly to spec.
• Two revision rounds included for fine-tuning materials or camera angles.

This initial work will be deemed free however all new franchisee sites will be guided to you for future work at your designated costs.
