Skilled CAD Designer for Modifications

I am seeking a skilled CAD designer to make precise modifications to existing CAD drawings. The task involves reviewing the current CAD files, provided in DWG format, and implementing specific adjustments to meet updated specifications and design requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Make following changes to the existing drawings:
(1) Remove front fence (keep gatehouse/gable)
(2) Change design of windows (see Mock Up photo)
(3) Add balcony garden (see Mock Up photo)
- Maintain accuracy and adhere to the original design intent.
- Deliver updated CAD files in the original format and a PDF export for review.
- Ensure all files and changes remain confidential.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Clear communication skills for clarifications during the process.

Timeline:
- Expected completion within the specified time frame (e.g., 1-3 business days).
