3D Ski Mask Avatar Creation

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a ski mask with three holes. The ski mask should be designed in Blender and include two bones for movement. This project is for an avatar similar to "burtpeanut," but using a ski mask instead.

Requirements:
- Create a 3-hole ski mask in Blender
- Add 2 bones for movement
- Deliver final model in .fbx format

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Blender
- Experience with rigging and creating movable parts
- Strong portfolio in 3D modeling
