SketchUp Shipping Container Garage

Project Summary

I am hiring a freelancer to create a clean 3D SketchUp model of a shipping container garage concept.

This is a fixed-scope, fixed-price project.
This is for presentation only to a town planning department.

This is NOT a structural or engineering project.

I will provide:
• A hand-drawn layout sketch (this controls layout and dimensions)
• Two reference images showing roof proportion and appearance

Scope of Work

The model must include:

• Two (2) 40’ High Cube containers (left and right)
• One (1) 20’ High Cube container at the rear
• 6’ aisle between 20’ container and left 40’ container
• 3’ pony wall above each 40’ container
• Symmetrical gable roof at 4:12 pitch
• Clean metal roof surface (no framing shown)

Front must include:
• One 12’ × 12’ overhead garage door (centered)
• One 36” steel entry door to the LEFT of garage door
• One centered 36” steel door in each 40’ container front face

Rear must include:
• Removal of standard cargo doors
• One centered 36” steel door replacing cargo doors
• Uniform exterior appearance

Foundation:
• Simple gravel pad only

Important Modeling Instructions

• Use standard SketchUp Warehouse high-cube container models
• Do NOT model corrugated detail from scratch
• Do NOT model trusses, rafters, or structural framing
• Exterior surfaces only

This is a clean massing model only.

• SketchUp (.skp) file
• 4–6 rendered perspective images
• Front elevation image
• Rear elevation image
• Top view
