SketchUp Modeling & Mentoring

I want to hire someone to do sketchup consulting, modeling and some mentoring on the following:
I have some SU experience from creating a building model which is placed in google terrain.
I need to integrate this with new plans (bring 2d plans into 3D), maybe improve the 3d terrain around it.
I provide new 2D plans (pdf CAD exports), existing SketchUp Model.

I am open to how it is done. Load things into existing model, or start from anew.
I want to be able to edit the final work.

So, the first deliverable would be advice on how to proceed, define realistic goals.
Second, a .skp file with new buildings and better terrain.
Third, optional mentoring/coaching if i have questions on editing the Model.

Collaboration to define and clarify details would be over Call/Zoom type conferences, so good spoken english(or german) is mandatory.
