SketchUp Lean-to 3D Model

You’ll be building a single-slope lean-to in SketchUp using the site assets I provide. I already have clear photos and dimensioned elevations, so you can concentrate on accurate geometry and realistic presentation rather than guessing proportions.

Model expectations
• Textured surfaces are essential; please map siding, roofing and flashing so they read true to scale.
• All visible metal elements must carry the powder-coat colours I’ll supply. These swatches are HOA-approved, and the final model has to blend seamlessly with the existing exterior finishes.
• No need for wood or concrete textures unless you feel a small accent would improve realism—let me know first if you think that will help.

Timeline
I need a first draft (low-res export is fine) within 2–3 days for a quick pass of comments. After revisions, we can close the file.

Deliverables
1. Native SketchUp (.skp) file
2. Optimised OBJ or GLB export, ready for AR use
3. A set of still renders showing roof slope, connection points, and colour accuracy
