SketchUp Corporate Office Model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a complete set of floor plans and a finishes schedule for a large, single-storey corporate office. I need these translated into a clean, well-organised SketchUp model that I can continue editing after delivery.
Scope
• Model the meeting rooms, office cubicles and reception area exactly to the supplied drawings, keeping walls, openings and clearances true to dimension.
• Apply only basic colours and textures from the finishes schedule
• Place essential furniture: desks and chairs throughout the workstations, conference tables in the meeting rooms, and storage units where noted on the plan.
File Requirements & Deadline
• Native .skp file (SketchUp 2023 or earlier) with layers/tags and groups clearly named so I can tweak elements quickly.
• Deliver the file by Saturday the 31st 10:00 p.m.Australian time.
I’m aiming for a tidy, lightweight model that opens fast and leaves me room to add detail later, so please keep geometry efficient and provide as an editable file. Let me know if anything in the plans is unclear and I’ll respond right away.
