Sketch Up Modeler Job

I’m looking to bring in an additional freelancer to support ongoing workload within a 3D visualisation service focused on residential projects.

Scope of Work

Create clean, accurate SketchUp models based strictly on provided drawings
No materials, textures, or rendering required
Projects will include:
External-only house models
Combined internal and external layouts
Models must be near-exact representations of plans provided
Position and map houses onto site layouts to reflect how they sit on the site

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow architectural drawings precisely
Fast and reliable turnaround
All work must be delivered within 3 days (non-negotiable)

Work Details

Budget: €30–€40 per job
Consistent pipeline of work
Multiple jobs per week for the right person
