Sketch of DIY Dingy

Hello, I plan on entering a contest where people make there own boats to float down some whitewater rapids. The boat would have nine 55 Gallon Plastic Drums (Height: 34" Diameter: 23") as the base (3x3). It would be surrounded by a façade of blue tarps with PVC pipes as a frame. The boat would resembles a standard blue recycle bin. The dingy would hold about 4 riders and they would need to paddle out the sides. I would like a sketch of all that. The sketch could be hand-drawn or digitally produced. Thanks!
