3D Site Model & Retaining Wall Design Review Using RL Levels and Construction Plans

Description:
I am building a new home in Bardon, Brisbane, and need an experienced designer/drafter to create an accurate 3D model of my site using my construction drawings, contour plans, RL (Reduced Level) data, pool plans and retaining wall concepts.
I will provide:
* Detailed construction drawings
* Site plans with RL levels
* Pool plans
* Retaining wall concepts
* Hand sketches
* Reference images
What I need:
* Accurate 3D model of the site showing house, pool, retaining walls and terrain.
* Existing and proposed levels modelled using the supplied RLs.
* Visualisation of the fall across the block and retaining wall heights.
* Review of my proposed retaining wall layout.
* Suggestions for better levels or layouts to maximise usable yard space and minimise retaining costs.
* Identification of any risks, issues or constructability concerns.
* Advice on how to keep retaining walls under approximately 1 metre wherever practical.
Deliverables:
* Editable 3D model (SketchUp preferred)
* Multiple rendered views/images
* Summary of recommended changes, risks and opportunities
