Single-Storey Guest House 3D Design

I need a full 3D model and layout for a single-storey guest house I’m helping a friend develop. The task covers everything from the initial space-planning to a clean, build-ready model that shows exterior massing and interior flow. Because the goal is to move quickly into permitting and construction, I’m looking for someone who already understands residential building codes, basic structural requirements, and how to optimise a compact footprint for comfortable living.

I’ll supply sketches, dimensions, and style references once we open the chat; you’ll translate them into an accurate, scaled model with clear room delineations. I’m flexible on software—SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD all work as long as I receive both the native file and exportable formats (PDF/DWG) for my contractor.
