Simple Prefab Building 3D Model

I’m putting together a straightforward 3D massing model of a rectangular, single-storey prefabricated building. The roof steps up to create two distinct ceiling heights, and a slim band of clerestory windows will sit between those levels. I don’t need any interior work or fine detailing—just clean exterior blocks.

Apply a light cream brick texture to all walls, a dark grey material to the roof, and use brown for every window and door. Fewer than ten openings in total are enough; place them where they make visual sense so each elevation feels balanced.

You’re welcome to build in SketchUp, Revit, or export an FBX/OBJ, as long as the file is lightweight and textures come through intact.

Deliverables
• One complete 3D model with materials assigned
• A few screenshots or a short turntable clip highlighting the stepped roof and clerestory band
• (Optional) Quick floor plan and four elevations generated from the model
