Simple Part Parametric Model

I have a straightforward mechanical part sketched out and now need it captured as a fully parametric model in FreeCAD. Once the model is complete, please export a clean STEP file—this is the only format I require. No SolidWorks or other tools; I want the native FreeCAD workflow so the design remains easily editable through parameters.

You won’t have to follow any special drawing template, just keep the file well-organized with clearly named sketches and constraints. When I update a dimension, the whole part should regenerate without errors.

Deliverables
• FreeCAD (.FCStd) file with editable parameters
• STEP export of the final model

To wrap up, send both files along with a quick screen grab showing the part and its parameter list so I can confirm everything is fully constrained and predictable.
