Simple 3-4 Bedroom House Plan
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a straightforward, build-ready floor plan for a simple home that comfortably fits three to four bedrooms. The aesthetic should stay uncomplicated—clean lines, practical spaces, and nothing overly ornamental. Inside, the heart of the house must be an open floor plan that unites the kitchen, dining, and living areas so family traffic flows easily from one zone to the next.
I’m happy with a single-story or modest two-story layout as long as circulation remains intuitive and square footage is used efficiently. Natural light, logical storage spots, and an easy connection to a back patio or deck would be welcome touches.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan (PDF) with clear room dimensions, door/window placements, and basic furniture suggestions for flow
• Editable CAD file (DWG, DXF, or comparable) so I can pass it directly to a builder or local architect
• Brief notes highlighting total square footage and any code assumptions you made
If you prefer SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or another drafting tool, feel free to work in the software you know best—just be sure the final files can be opened or exported to standard formats.
