Siemens NX MCD
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
iemens NX MCD Expert Needed for Automatic Drilling Machine Simulation (Digital Twin)
Project Description: I am looking for an experienced professional in Siemens NX Mechatronics Concept Designer (MCD) to set up the physics and simulation for an Automatic Drilling Machine assembly.
I have already created the 3D CAD Assembly in Siemens NX. I need an expert to apply the MCD physics to make the machine operational for simulation.
Scope of Work: The machine consists of 3 pneumatic actuators (Horizontal clamping, Vertical drilling feed, and Bottom ejection). The specific tasks are:
Rigid Body & Collision Definition:
Define all moving parts (tables, actuator rods) and stationary parts (base, frame).
Crucial: Define accurate Collision Bodies for the moving parts and sensors to ensure signal detection works correctly.
Joints & Motion:
Create Sliding Joints for the 3 pneumatic cylinders.
Set up appropriate limits (Stroke length) for the actuators.
Actuation:
Apply Position Controls or Speed Controls to drive the cylinders.
Sensors & Signals:
Configure Proximity Sensors (already in the model) to detect the position of the moving tables.
Create Signal Adapters so the actuators can be triggered by external signals (True/False) or a Sequence of Operations.
Sequence Logic (Runtime):
Set up a basic sequence: Clamp Extension -> Drill Down -> Drill Up -> Clamp Retract -> Ejection.
Input Provided:
Complete Siemens NX Assembly file (.prt).
Screenshots/Video showing the desired movement.
