Sheet Metal: Rolling Tool Cabinet ( DXF / CNC Bending)

Hello,
I own a small fabrication workshop and want to produce a rolling tool cabinet (similar to workshop or garage trolleys).
The cabinet will be made from carbon steel, and I will handle laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating myself.
It will be used to store lightweight small tools and accessories.

1.5kW Rycus BM110 laser plate cutter
Mini tube/profile cutter 1.5kW (Air compressor + Fangling L6000 controller)
CNC 60T 1600mm electric hydraulic press brake (SCS920 controller – 4+1 Axis: Y1, Y2, X, R, V)
1500W 4-in-1 laser welding machine (SUP 23)
1610 CO₂ non-metal laser cutter
Powder coating setup for final finishing

Approx. overall drawer size: 50 cm x 50 cm
drawer/deck depth: 5–10 cm
Adjustable drawer positions (so they can be moved or changed)
Mounted on wheels/casters for mobility
- What I Need
3D sheet metal design (to visualize how it will look)
DXF files ready for laser cutting
Bending documentation suitable for CNC press brake (with allowances and angles)
- Requirements
Experience in sheet metal fabrication design (especially carbon steel)
Understanding of bending offsets, tolerances, K-factor and laser cutting design principles
- Software
Please suggest which CAD software you plan to use

If your pricing is reasonable and your work is accurate, I would like to build a long-term collaboration for future designs.
You will create drawings and DXF files for parts I can cut and bend in my workshop.
