Sheet Metal Design for Heating Element Enclosure

I need a skilled SolidWorks designer to create a production-ready sheet metal enclosure for a resistive heating element. The enclosure must be curved to fit around a barrel or pipe.
Key Requirements:
- Use of SolidWorks for design
- Production-oriented design to be used as template in DriveWorks
- Ability to design the parts, assembly and dimensioning structure to make it fully resolved and easily modifiable to alternate dimensions for various diameter and thickness heaters.
- Experience in sheet metal design, particularly with enclosures
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, especially in sheet metal module
- Strong understanding of sheet metal design and how to design the tree and dimensioning to make it fully resolved and easily modifiable to alternate dimensions for various diameter and thickness heaters.
- Previous experience in designing enclosures and sheet metal
