Seed Bag & Corn 3D Model

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a photorealistic seed bag and corn model that can stand up to close-up scrutiny. The end files will be used for high-resolution visuals, so crisp texture maps and true-to-life proportions are essential.

Key points
• High-detail mesh suitable for extreme zooms
• Physically-accurate dimensions on both the bag and the corn ear
• Realistic textures: woven bag fabric, stitching, kernels, husk fibers, subtle surface imperfections
• PBR workflow with clean UVs and separate texture sets (albedo, normal, roughness, metallic/Spec)
• Deliver in .blend or .fbx plus 4K PNG texture maps; include a simple studio lighting scene for preview renders
