School Interior & Exterior 3D Modeling 4'x4'
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to turn our partial architectural drawings into a cohesive digital model of the school. I need the classrooms, gymnasium, and playground recreated in detail; everything else can stay schematic unless extra context is required for accuracy. I’ll send over the floor plans we already have—the remaining gaps will need to be interpreted and drafted before you move into modeling.
There’s no fixed style you must follow, so feel free to suggest modern or traditional references if they’ll speed up your workflow or improve visual clarity. What matters most is that the spaces feel realistic and scale-accurate so staff and stakeholders can visualize flow and furniture placement.
Preferred workflow: refine the plans, agree on any assumptions, then model and texture in a mainstream tool such as Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender; as long as the finished files open cleanly in those environments, I’m flexible.
Acceptance criteria
• Updated floor plans reflecting all missing details
• Separate, fully textured 3D files for the classrooms, gym, and playground (native file + FBX/OBJ export)
• A short walkthrough or still renders that demonstrate lighting and scale
