3D School Campus Animation

I'm looking for a skilled 3D animator to create a 2-3 minute animation of a school campus for our EDU Campus Project.

Key Requirements:
- Based on provided SketchUp model and reference images.
- Materials and mood should align with our previews, but I'm open to your artistic direction.
- Smooth camera paths are crucial as per my priority.
- Realistic entourage and site atmosphere to bring the campus to life.

Key Elements to Include:
- Exterior scenes should feature:
- Students, teachers, parents, and football players
- School buses, private cars, and dynamic ferris wheel motion
- Animals near the stable (horses)
- Interior scenes of classrooms, music & art rooms, and admin offices.
- Daytime setting with clear weather.

Deliverables:
- Full HD video file
- Source file (if applicable)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D animation software
- Experience with SketchUp and translating models into animations
- Strong eye for realistic details and smooth camera movements
- Prior work on similar educational or campus animations would be a plus
