Saunders Custom Homes logo design

I need a creative designer for my company, Saunders Custom Homes LLC, to design a striking logo. The primary color scheme should be blue. Although I haven't specified a particular theme, icon, or symbol, I'm welcoming suggestions that effectively represent the custom home business. The ideal freelancer for this job is one who has prior experience in logo design, especially in the construction or real-estate industry, and has a knack for understanding a brand's spirit and expressing it visually. I look forward to seeing your bids.
