STL to SLDPRT Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need an existing STL translated into a SolidWorks part file that I can send directly to manufacturing. Exact dimensions, full geometric accuracy, and surface texture visible on the mesh all have to carry over—tolerances need to be ±0.05 mm. Once the model is in .SLDPRT format, leave the design tree editable.
Please work in a recent SolidWorks version (2020 to 2024) and keep the file fully parametric with a full design tree.
Deliverables
• Native, editable .SLDPRT matching the STL within the stated tolerance
• A full design-tree
• A brief note on areas where the mesh could not be reproduced exactly, if any
I’ll import your file into my CAM package for a final check, so if everything opens cleanly and dimensions line up, the job is done.
