STL Dual Servo Bracket Modification

Job ID: 40320857

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have an existing STL for a dual-servo bracket that needs a few geometry edits before it goes to print. Specifically, I want several non-critical sections stripped out to lighten the part, then new supporting ribs or gussets added so the overall stiffness is not compromised after those removals.

The source file is in STL format; I will share it as soon as we start. Please keep every mating face for the two standard micro servos unchanged so the bracket still aligns with my current build. Beyond that, feel free to suggest minor tweaks that improve printability or strength as long as they do not force me to redesign the rest of the assembly.

Deliverables
• Modified STL ready for slicing
• Native or editable file (STEP, Fusion 360, or similar) showing the changes
• A brief note outlining what was removed and where new supports were added, just so I can track revisions

I plan to review the updated model by loading it into Cura and running a quick virtual stress check, so accuracy on thickness and clearances is key. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get it done.
