Rustic Corten Entry Sign Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a small, oval-to-round front-entrance sign drawn up in CAD for plasma or laser cutting out of Corten steel. The finished piece will read “CORYMBIA” and use a countryside/rustic type font, potentially a bit of roman influence in the font type, something a bit not rigid. The sign will feature a single eucalyptus flower (summer beauty / flowering gum type) with flowing leaves worked into the cut-out. Instead of the flower, it could also be gumnuts or gumnuts with leaves. I would also consider a combination of all (summer beauty flower, gumnuts and leaves). Think understated rural charm: a rustic look that lets the natural rust patina do the talking—no clear coat or paint, just the raw weathering steel.
Overall diameter falls in the “up to 2 ft” range, so keep proportions tight and legible from a driveway approach. Please show the text and emblem balanced within the shape, include any kerf allowances you feel are necessary, and make sure fine details won’t disappear when the metal weathers.
