Rustic Arena Café Design

Job ID: 40364133

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m finalising plans for a new sports arena and want the adjoining café to feel like a warm retreat from the courts. The footprint is compact, so every square metre has to work hard both functionally and visually.

Here’s the atmosphere I’m after: rustic and cozy, with reclaimed and vintage pieces taking centre stage. Think weathered timbers, repurposed gym lockers, textured fabrics and soft, ambient lighting that contrasts nicely with the energy of the courts outside. Seating should be booth-style to maximise privacy and keep the circulation path clear for players dropping in for a quick bite.

What I need from you:

• A space-efficient floor plan showing circulation, booth layout, service counter and back-of-house zones.
• Mood board and colour palette that captures the rustic aesthetic and highlights suitable reclaimed finishes.
• Furniture and decor specification focused on vintage or repurposed items, including sourcing suggestions when possible.
• 3D visualisations or rendered perspectives that let stakeholders experience the café before build-out.
• Basic lighting concept that balances task lighting at the counter with warm, intimate booth lighting.

I’ll supply the arena CAD file, overall MEP constraints, and photos of comparable venues for context. You’ll return editable design files (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), high-resolution renders, and a concise spec sheet we can forward to contractors.

If you love working with salvage materials and tight footprints, let’s chat—I’m keen to see how you’d turn this small corner of a sports complex into everyone’s favourite post-game hideaway.
