Rural Hotel 3D Visualization for Real Estate Marketing
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for a 3D artist to create realistic renders for a rural hotel project approved for construction.
The renders are for real estate marketing (Idealista), not technical or construction drawings.
The project includes 36 small houses (height of 4.5 meters) placed on the land with internal access roads and paths:
- 7 units of 15 sqm (same design), some located at the top with bay views
- 27 units of 40 sqm (same design)
- 2 units of 160 sqm (reception + premium unit)
Required renders:
- Aerial masterplan view with houses and access roads
- Low-angle aerial (drone-style) view
- Exterior render of each house type
- Interior render of a 40 sqm unit
- One key interior render of a 15 sqm unit with a large glass window and bay view (hero image)
Style: modern rural, eco-friendly, clean and realistic.
I can provide a point cloud / topographic base of the land for visual positioning only.
Deliverables:
- 7–8 high-resolution images (JPEG/PNG, 3000px+)
- Please include price, delivery time and number of revisions.

This is for marketing visualization only. No technical drawings required.
Future short animation/video may be requested as an extra.
