Ring Spring Sculpture 3D Model
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I already sketched the piece in SketchUp as eight individual stone blocks, but my skills stop there. What I need is a clean, unified 3D model of the sculpture: a single ring that coils upward like a spring. The geometry is intentionally simple—basic shapes and structure are all that’s required—but the final file must follow the exact dimensions I’ll supply so I can move straight into visual mock-ups or fabrication later.
You will receive my current .skp file showing the eight blocks. From that, please:
• Merge the geometry into one continuous, watertight form
• Keep every measurement precise to the millimetre I provide
• Return the finished model in .skp and either .stl or .obj
Acceptance criteria: the file opens error-free in SketchUp make the ring is smooth with no visible faceting, and all dimensions match the supplied spec.
If you prefer modelling in Rhino, Blender, Fusion 360, or similar, that’s fine—just be sure the exported SketchUp file remains clean. Looking forward to seeing this simple idea turned into a proper 3D asset.
