I am looking for a 3D artist to create a rigged and animated avatar for my chatbot. The avatar should be developed from a 2D image and designed to perform specific facial expressions. The avatar will be visible from the shoulders up to the top of the head.

Key Requirements:

- Animate facial expressions including happy, sad, and angry
- Design the avatar with a semi-realistic style. The avatar is futuristic particles so some animation is involved, but I can send you video files to use as effects.
