Retail Kiosk 2D/3D Design

I’m developing a 20 sqm food-and-beverage kiosk for a shopping centre and need a retail designer who can take the concept right through to landlord sign-off. The look is clean, streamlined and unmistakably modern, with particular emphasis on three elements: a highly efficient counter and service area, eye-catching product display zones and a lighting concept that makes the offer pop day and night.

Here’s the full scope I need covered:

• 2D documentation: floor plan, equipment and joinery layouts, elevations, landlord-approval set and an electrical/services layout where required.
• 3D support: photo-realistic internal and external renders showcasing the counter, menu board integration, display fixtures and lighting treatments.

Deliverables
• PDF drawing package suitable for landlord submission
• Editable source files (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or comparable)
• High-resolution 3D renders
• Iterative revisions until I sign off
