Restaurant 3D Layout Plan

I’m opening a new restaurant-café and need the entire space translated into a clear, build-ready 3D layout. The floor plate must show a welcoming dining area out front, an efficient back-of-house kitchen, and properly located restrooms, all rendered in realistic materials and lighting so my team can visualise the final look before construction begins.

My architect will supply the raw floor dimensions, brand colour palette, and a few concept sketches; you’ll turn those into:
• A detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) with layers for dining, kitchen, and restroom zones
• Two to three high-resolution still renders that capture guest perspective and an overhead plan view
• A clean, dimensioned layout in DWG/PDF for contractors, matching commercial kitchen standards and local code clearances

The model should feel bright and easy to navigate, with enough detail to show furniture placement, equipment blocks, circulation paths, and plumbing points. Final files must be editable so we can make quick tweaks if the landlord requests changes. If you enjoy lighting, texturing, and smart spatial planning, this is a straight-forward but creative project that can move fast—I’m ready to start as soon as I see your past restaurant work.
