Residential 3D Landscape Design

I’m updating the outdoor areas of a private home and need a concise 3D landscape CAD that I can hand straight to my contractor. I have all professional plans in PDF which have been modified slightly. I need someone to produce 3dCAD and construction plans based off these plans and markups. So there is no design work to be done, just preparing the documentation for me to hand to a landscape builder to quote on.

Scope includes:
• Garden & lawn
• Swimming-pool zone
• Small studio outbuilding
Surrounding hedges and fences


Deliverables
– One editable 3D model (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) showing grades, hardscape, and key planting masses.
– Three high-resolution perspective renders that communicate the mood and material palette.
– A layout plan with dimensions and materials annotated for my builder. Including all heights.

Documents I will provide (some of them attached) from which you will create the output (all in PDF):
Land survey
Plan of site - original (previously prepared by professional landscape architect)
Plan of site - marked up with changes
Plan of studio which will be built in backyard
High res perspective renders previously prepared by professional landscape architect - to give you a sense of the type of output we need and will include the type of plants to have in your 3d render.
