Residential 3D Interior Modeling

Project Title: Interior 3D Rendering (Mid-Century Modern)
Project Description:
I am looking for a 3D artist to create interior renderings (no exterior) for a residential project. I do not have a 3D model — only AutoCAD floor plans and reference/inspiration images will be provided. The freelancer will be responsible for building the 3D model and producing final renderings.
Scope of Work:
Create a 3D model based on provided AutoCAD floor plans
Develop interior design based on inspiration images (mid-century modern style)
Produce renderings for the following spaces:
Kitchen
Living Room
Dining Room
Foyer
Apply realistic materials (wood, stone, fabric, etc.)
Add furniture, lighting fixtures, and decor consistent with the style
Set up lighting (natural daylight preferred)
Basic post-production
Style:
Mid-century modern
Warm tones, natural wood, clean lines
Minimal but well-styled (not cluttered)
Deliverables:
High-resolution images (minimum 3000px wide)
1 view per space (total 4 images)
JPEG/PNG format
Timeline:
Flexible, but preferably within 1 week
Notes:
Please include portfolio samples (especially interior residential work)
Must be comfortable designing based on references, not just modeling
Open to fixed-price offers (bundle preferred)
