Residential CAD Floor Plan Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an experienced architect to convert my existing sketches or floor plans into CAD. The project involves a residential space of 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft.
Key Requirements:
- Start from the original layout and include all measurements
- Assess the functionality of two provided renderings, which may differ from the original layout
- Enclose the screened-in porch into a primary suite
- Create an open concept kitchen with an island while maintaining most of its current footprint
- Add a washer/dryer space (stacked in a closet if necessary)
- Maintain the current bathroom footprints
- Transform the house into 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, ideally adding a 4th flex room within the same footprint
- Enclose the carport into a one-car garage
- Develop detailed electrical and plumbing plans for feasibility and accuracy
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong background in residential architecture
- Experience in developing electrical and plumbing layouts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
