Residential Building Renovation Concept Design

I am looking for an architect or 3D designer to develop concept proposals, floor plans, and photorealistic renderings for the renovation of a small two-story corner building located in Italy.
The goal is to transform the existing plain structure into a more elegant and functional residential building, while ensuring coherence with the urban context and considering the feasibility of the work.
Requirements:
Design proposals for the main and side facades.
Preliminary floor plan layouts for both stories, showing possible distribution of spaces.
Two variants requested:
Flat roof
Pitched roof with tiles
Deliverables:
Photorealistic renderings integrated into the current street context (photo-montage).
2D floor plans of both levels (conceptual, not executive).
Source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).
What I will provide:
Current photos of the building and the street corner.
Example images for inspiration.
Approximate measurements and existing layout (if available).
Important note:
This is not intended as an executive project for building permits, but as a concept design with realistic renderings and preliminary floor plans that can later be shared with a local architect for the technical phase.
